Our Kashmir Tour experience with "Holiday Heed" was the best. "Asraa Ma'am" helped us where ever we require. Hotels are awesome, Speciall "Valley Resort" in "Pahalgam" was unmatchable & Experience in "Houseboat - Kotroo Palace" was sooo memorable. Good travelling service by Driver Umair

Visited Kashmir through Holiday Heed Kashmir from 19th to 26th October 2022. The total trip was beautifully organised by Asra ji (official of Holiday Heed). She was in contact with us through out the trip. The accommodation in every place was so pleasent like home away from home. I was told Arsa to give with us a good and hindi spoken driver cum guide. Abu Zar Zar our driver cum guide was amazing. He stood with us as a family member when my elder daughter was ill forget eating. Finally Hats off to Asra for gifting us such an amazing and remarkable trip to Kashmir. Wish Holiday Heed get more progress in future.

मी आणि माझ्या मैत्रिणी पहिल्यांदाच काश्मीर टूर वर गेलो होतो. Holiday Heed या कंपनी मधून Booking केले होते. श्रीनगर विमानतळावर उतरल्यानंतर आसिमजी यांनी आमचे स्वागत केले व ठरलेल्या हॉटेल वर घेऊन गेले. हॉटेल, जेवण अतिशय उत्तम दर्जाचे होते, तिथे पोचल्यावर Holiday Heed तर्फे राहीलजी व ओवेसजी आम्हाला भेटायला आले. त्यांनी ट्रीप ची माहिती सांगितली व काहीही मदत लागली तर कधीही संपर्क साधा सांगितले. पुढील सात दिवसांत आम्ही श्रीनगर,पेहलगाम, गुलमर्ग, दुधपत्री या स्थळांना भेटी दिल्या. नेहमीच्या itinetary मध्ये नसलेल्याही जागा आसिमजिंनी आम्हाला दाखवल्या. यात पहलगाम जवळचे मार्तंड मंदिर व गुरुद्वारा तसेच बजरंगी भाईजान या सिनेमाचे shoot झालेली सुंदर अशमकाम दर्गा आम्ही पहिला. संपूर्ण प्रवासात रहाण्याची आणि जेवणाची उत्तम सोय केली होती. हाऊस बोट मध्ये रहाण्याचा अनुभव पण छान होता. एअरपोर्टवर उतरल्या पासुन ते पुन्हा एअरपोर्टवर येईपर्यंत आसिमजींनी प्रवासात विविध Off- Beat ठिकाणे दाखवली, माहिती सांगितली, अतिशय विनम्रपणे आम्हाला काही हवं नको ते पाहिलं. We are very pleased with excellent organizing travel plan

My experience with the holiday heed is some better and some bitter, reason for better, they prvide some best 3 star property as per their itinerary, but bitter, because they provide us very cheap low budget hotel saying that its a 3 star hotel. I advise to all of u people who are seeing my review, plz never stay in hotel town palace, srinagar, its a very cheap and unhygenic hotel and with family, i bet on u, u ll never stay for one night also, so i quitted very next day from that hotel. The 2nd special thing for package, never take things and have food from that palace, where ur cab driver suggest, because all places are very costly and they are setting with 30% commission with driver, so plz alert, in the starting of trip, plz talk with ur driver that, i ll give u 1k extra, but dont do such trap.Otherwise, this palace is realy heaven, enjoy it.

Overall experience with the group was very good. As I was not the direct client of HH, though the assistance was very prompt. Especially our driver Mr. Aaseem Ahmed was very helpful and responsive. He guided us throughout the tour and ensured our safe and happy journey. So a big big thank you to the HH and Aaseem ji.
